Booking Terms

These terms apply to accommodation, tours and packages booked directly with Desert Magic Camp & Resort. Third-party platforms may apply their own terms.

Making a reservation

A request is not confirmed until we send written confirmation. Please check the guest names, dates, room, activities, price, currency and inclusions and tell us promptly about errors. The person booking must be at least 18 and is responsible for the group.

Prices and payment

Prices are in the currency shown and include only the items stated in your confirmation. Extras, transport, taxes or fees are payable where stated. Any deposit, payment deadline and accepted method will be included in the booking confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation after reasonable notice.

Guest responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate information, follow safety instructions and respect the camp, local community, protected desert and other guests. Guests are responsible for deliberate or negligent loss or damage caused by their party. Tell us in advance about accessibility, dietary, medical or other material needs.

Desert activities and changes

Weather, access, safety conditions or official restrictions can require an itinerary, activity, guide or timing to change. We will offer a reasonable alternative where possible. Guests must follow guide instructions and carry suitable clothing, footwear and any required travel documents or insurance.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the booking was made.
